Thanks Anthony. I will be selling them on my site soon. Maybe I will offer some black ones as well for midges. You can also color in the trico one with a black marker if you want.

Jason,

That “Traffic-Jam” trico is a wild looking fly. A very innovative tie. Sometimes it’s easy to think that everything’s been done already in fly tying – but this is a new approach.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to get to any tricos this summer – but I’ll surely be fishing over midges. I’ll have to tie up some midge “traffic-jams”, maybe with black bodies or maybe an all cream version. I seem to run into hatches of cream midges pretty often.

I’ll let you know how it works out. Thanks for sharing.
