Montana House Bill 190 is nearly finalized – this measure sets up the rules for ranchers and landowners to attach fences to public bridges while allowing access to rivers.

What would you do? I like to think that if I had a trout stream running through my property that I’d allow angler access. But who knows. Well at least that’s one ethical dilemma that I won’t have to worry about any time soon – living in the Pittsburgh suburbs.
